1. Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made via www.mxj-studio.com.

2. Contract Formation

• The product listings on our website do not constitute legally binding offers but are an invitation to order.
• A contract is formed when you receive an order confirmation via email.

3. Prices & Payment

• All prices are final prices, as we are exempt from VAT under the small business regulation (§ 19 UStG).
• Payment methods: PayPal, credit card.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within Europe.
• Delivery times are approximately 10–15 business days.
• Shipping costs will be displayed before checkout.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Exclusion for Custom Products)

All products are custom-made upon order. Therefore, according to § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB, there is no right of withdrawal. Returns and cancellations are not possible.

6. Warranty & Liability

• Statutory warranty rights apply.
• If the product arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with clear photographic evidence of the issue.
  

7. Applicable Law

All contracts are governed by German law, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
