Where are the artworks produced?
All artworks are professionally produced by WhiteWall™, a renowned fine art printing lab known for its museum-quality standards. WhiteWall™ handles both the production and direct shipping to ensure the highest quality.
What materials are used for the artworks?
Each artwork is printed on Hahnemühle FineArt Baryta paper, known for its exceptional color depth and detail. The prints are framed with museum glass for optimal clarity and protection, and a high-quality wooden frame.
What is the frame profile size, and is the artwork ready to hang?
The frames have a classic wooden profile, with a width of 2cm on the face and 2.9cm deep against the wall. Each artwork is ready to hang upon delivery, with appropriate hanging hardware securely attached to the back.
Are the artworks signed?
No, the artworks are not hand-signed, as production and shipping are handled directly by WhiteWall™. However, each piece includes a 10 x 10 cm Art Label on AluDibond (like those found in museums) with details about the artwork.
Do you offer Limited Editions?
At the moment, all artworks are open edition. Limited editions may be introduced in the future.
Ordering & Customization
Can I order a different framing or size?
By default, artworks are sold framed with passe-partout. However, if you’re looking for a different configuration, feel free to contact me—I’m happy to explore custom options.
Can I buy an unframed print?
Currently, all artworks are sold framed only. If you require a different format, please contact me for custom inquiries.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
I offer free shipping to EU countries, the UK, and Swiss. If you’re outside these regions, please contact me to discuss possible shipping options.
How long does shipping take?
Production and shipping are handled by WhiteWall™. Typically, orders are processed within 10-15 business days, depending on your location.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Returns & Exchanges
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of both the item and the packaging. I will review the case and may offer a replacement or refund at my discretion.
Can I return or exchange an artwork?
Since each piece is custom-made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the artwork arrives damaged or defective.
