No Returns Policy
No Right of Withdrawal for Custom Products
Since all products are individually manufactured after purchase, there is no right of withdrawal under § 312g (2) No. 1 BGB. This means that returns and cancellations are not possible once an order has been placed.
Exceptions:
- If the product arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days with clear photographic evidence of the issue.
- I will review the case and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
